Dec 2023: I was on 10 days Gujarat trip with my family. That day we were in Dwarka. We had booked very costly hotel - Hotel Holiston as we were not seeing any other hotel available on that date. Whole day we visited places in Dwarka and in night we reached to hotel for check-in after dinner.
When we reached there, hotel was really good, room was amazing so bathroom as well. We all got freshen up, took shower, made tea and sat relax for gupshup. A few minutes later when we decided to go to sleep, we shuffled some pillows here and there and we saw hairs. When we more closely observed, we saw hairs on the bedsheet as well. There were yellow spots also on the blanket.
So we called reception and service boy came up. They said sorry and then changed pillow covers, bedsheet and blanket in front of us. Our only concern was did they even changed the bedsheet after previous guest left the room?
